Come and learn nurturing touch that may help sooth your baby during times of nasal congestion that may be caused by colds, flu or allergies. Parents and caregivers will also learn a soothing massage routine unique for teething. Grandparents and dads may also benefit from learning the massage techniques. Participants do not need to have a baby to learn as a doll or stuffed animal can also be used for the classes. Bring a blanket, pillow and baby’s usual necessities. Organic olive oil will be provided for the massage. Handouts and a snack will also be supplied.
Please note: Parents or caregivers should not attend if your child is not feeling well, has a temperature or has had an immunization less than 48 hours before the class. If a registered adult has sick child on the day of the session, the parent or caregiver is still welcome to attend to learn the massage techniques on a doll or stuffed animal.
