Come learn a new way to move and fun way to work out that you can take home with you. You can go bare feet and wear comfy exercise clothes and a hip sash or jingly belt if you have one. A water bottle would be nice to have too.

We are challenging you to take charge of your health by committing yourself to make some "lifestyle changes" both physically and nutritionally. We are dedicated to helping you make these changes and providing you with support to do so effectively.

When:     Mondays, Wednesdays and/or Fidays
               Starting April 26 and ending June 28, no class May 24
Time:      Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
               Fridays 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Where:    Winkler Park, between Winkler Drive and Stephens Crescent

Group 2
When:     Tuesdays, Thursdays and/or Fridays
               Starting April 27 and ending June 25
Time:      7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Where:    Winkler Park, between Winkler Drive and Stephens Crescent

Monday and Tuesday classes will be boot camp style fitness class, designed to teach effective exercise techniques and routines. Enjoy new activities on the other days such as, obstacle courses, jogging/walking, biking, fitness challenges and games. This class will have a great deal of variety and fun creative ways to exercise so participants won't be bored! Classes are designed to suit all fitness levels. Please indicate Group 1 or 2 and which days of the week you are registering for.
